How Wellness Coaching Works

Wellness coaches get to know their clients intimately by listening closely, asking pointed questions intended to help clients gain clarity, and observing their clients’ behaviors, thoughts, and actions. They help clients master healthy habits through a five step process.

1. Create the Vision

Coaches help clients paint a picture of the healthiest, most alive version of themselves and all the ways this new version could transform their life.

2. Uncover the Stuck

Coaches uncover the underlying reasons for staying stuck, identifying  unhealthy routines and triggers that are leading to misaligned behavior.

3. Interrupt Patterns

Coaches help clients to break the negative patterns that are holding clients back from what they desire.

4. Orchestrate Change

By asking specific, thought-provoking questions, coaches can help create new neural pathways (unconscious decisions) that make wrong habits feel difficult and right habits feel like the easy, and the obvious choice.

5. Live the New Norm

Wellness coaches teach clients how to automate new habits into their everyday life so that those habits are ingrained and effortless.

What you have been taught to believe about yourself and the way a realtionship is meant to look will shape the outcome of all relationships. In addition, learning active communication and healthy boundaries can put you on the right path to having a loving, gratifying, and respectful relationship.
