I have been holistically helping people since 2009 as a trained and licensed massage therapist.  I have completed certification for Life and Health Coaching through The Health Coach Institute. Wellness coaching encapsulates the Life and Health coaching together for a complete holistic experience. I am continually expanding on my knowledge through reasearch, reading, and training in various applications of wellness coaching, alternative medicine, and holistic health. Being coached is extremely rewarding and life changing no matter what you’re goals are. However there are some things to consider that may require additional professional help. For examples please check out the Coach vs. Counselor section HERE.


In a world where all the information is at our finger tips it can be frustrating to not have ALL the information right away. However, this information has been restricted for a reason and is coupled with why the the 60min consult is free. For some, seeing program lengths and prices can be cause for “self diagnosing”  and ultimately discouragement to want to go further with the coaching process. The consult is free so as the coach I can hear, understand, and asses what will be the best program for you based on your individual needs, including: achieving goals and desires vs financal and time retrains.


~Health coaching predominantly focuses on physical wellbeing including healthy eating habits(not dieting but can include new eating patterns to reduce/eliminate certain foods due to allergies, health issues, and/or life style choices i.e. dairy free, low cholesterol, or vegan), exercising for your body type and enjoyment, positive self body image, sleep wellness, ect.

~Life coaching focuses more at the wellbeing of the heart, mind, and spirit. Helping in fulfillment and achieving goals in the areas of: love/relationships (i.e. romantic or family), money (i.e. saving, or becoming debt free), career (i.e. finding a new one or finding happiness in what you have now),  stress/anxiety management, spirituality guidance, and overall purposefulness, happiness, and positive self worth.

~Wellness coaching encapsulates the Life and Health coaching together for a complete holistic experience. Knowing that most of the time the physical issues are often connected to the issues of the mind and heart. This play a key role in breaking and building new  habits and achieving goals and dreams.


Through my experiences and expertise, I feel that what I have to offer can be best served to women ONLY at this time.  Throughout history, women have had a challenging time finding their voice and the motivation to fuel their dreams. To fulfill ones true potential is the greatest joy one can achieve. Which is why it is my mission to help women of all ages, races, and creeds to come to this realization.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to the process. 


Sessions are virtual so using platforms, such as Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp, are all great. Although video chats are ideal because they offer the ablity for non-verbal communication, they are not a requirement. Traditional phone call sessions are acceptable.


No! Although having those things will help in our journey, it is not a requirement. If you do not have a computer, internet, or smartphone, other forms of communication can be implemented such as traditional phone calls and snail mail.  Please be aware that some of the addional coaching content will not be available via phone and snail mail, such as emailed coaching session summaries and texting reminders between sessions. 


After your FREE 1-hour Discovery Session,  if you decide that you want to be coached, I will recommend a coaching program based on our findings in the Discovery Session. The cost of the program that you choose will then be invoiced and emailed to you. You must pay the agreed amount up front before coaching sessions can be scheduled. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and can be used to pay through the emailed invoice.


  • Attending all coaching sessions on time, refraining from multitasking during sessions, and allowing yourself to be fully present.
  • Being authentic, honest, and speaking up for what you want.
  • Letting me know about any personal situations that may interfere with your experience in the program.
  • Letting it be ‘OK’ not to know all the answers.
  • Being willing to take risks, try new things, and stretch beyond your current experience.
  • Being responsible for your own results, which includes proactively asking for support, scheduling coaching calls, and using your program benefits.
  • Honoring the investment you make in your self by handling any situations that may take you away from your experience.
  • Being patient with yourself and resting periodically to “catch up“.
  • Respecting my boundaries, with my time and energy. I will not be available outside of business hours or be able to make last minute changes to what we have scheduled.
  • Honoring our relationship by being direct, truthful, and open so that we can go further, faster.
  • Celebrating your wins, shifts, achievements, and excitement through the program!


  • Believing in you and your ability to achieve your vision of success.
  • Sharing in-depth information and knowledge with you so you can move forward with your goals much more quickly than you would on your own.
  • Allowing you to be 100% authentic and fully YOU.
  • Holding you accountable to act from your highest self, even when you may not feel like it.
  • Having integrity and being honest at all times.
  • Holding high standards for you and for myself.
  • Being kind and patient with your progress so that you know you always have a safe place to express where you are.
  • Sharing creative action steps, ideas and inspiration without the need to have you “like“ them (if you don’t like an action step or an idea that we create, no problem-we’ll create another one or you’ll be inspired to create your own).
  • If nessessary, intense coaching to help you find solutions to challenges that may come up.
  • Although I may not always have the answer, trying to find the solution or referring you to someone who will have the qualifications if it’s not within my scope as a coach.
  • Knowing that there are unlimited possibilities available to you, no matter what any particular situation looks like.
  • Caring deeply about you and your success.


Ask yourself, “If money were not an issue, is this something you’d like to be engaged in?” If the answer is YES, then what are you willing to do to make this a possibility for yourself?


Ask yourself, “How might your family benefit if you have more energy, know how to make healthy choices, and have more time and patience at the end of the day? Would you be able to express and represent who you really are and want to be?” 

Sometimes when shifting habits, we need to see how taking care of ourselves is not selfish; it positively affects those we love as well. On the other hand, depriving ourselves of our best life is also depriving our families and others around us. They end up suffering as well. They end up getting the drained version of us. So how can you step into integrity with who you want to be? What are you willing to do to make it the way you want it, to live your best life? 


Ask yourself, “When is it NOT a ‘crazy’ time?” All the more reason to be prepared and know how to handle it!
